  Travel Documents

  • Passport Original, valid 6 months from scheduled return, 2 blank pages
  • Visa Application Form (Form 14A) Typed or handwritten in one ballpoint pen, no correction fluid; signed bottom-right on pages 1–3, plus two signatures on the last page; both parents must sign for applicants under 18
  • Coloured Photograph 2 recent photos, not used in a past Singapore visa, white matt background, 35×45 mm, face 70–80% of frame, eyes clearly visible with no glare on glasses
  • Cover Letter Signed, addressed to The Visa Officer, Consulate General of Singapore, Mumbai — name, passport no., nationality, occupation, travel dates, purpose, who bears expenses, accommodation details, mobile & email; on company letterhead with stamp if self-employed
  • Travel Bookings Confirmed or provisional onward & return air tickets
  • Accommodation Hotel voucher with check-in/out dates and applicant name — or, if visiting relatives, an invitation letter with the invitee's passport copy and FIN card / residence permit copy

  Financial Document

  • Bank Statement (6 Months) Minimum balance ₹1,00,000 — not required if the applicant has already travelled to Singapore on the current passport

  Employment / Income Proof — Choose One

  • If Employed Salary slips for the last 3 months
  • If Self-Employed 3 years' income tax returns, or company GSTN certificate, or other proof of self-employment

  Additional Applicant-Specific Documents

  • Students School / college ID card copy
  • Minor Travelling Alone or with a guardian/other adult — NOC from both parents plus both parents' passport or PAN card copy. With one parent — NOC from the non-accompanying parent
  • Residence Proof Required if passport was issued outside Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh or Orissa — registered rental agreement valid till return date in applicant's name, or a govt. document such as phone/gas/electricity bill or original society letter
  • Authority Letter Duly filled and signed by the applicant

  All documents must be printed on A4 size paper only.
