WHAT IS ‘FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTION?
After paying initial booking amount (10% of package cost), you may pay balance amount in parts . Your payment could be not in fixed duration or fixed amount . But you have to cover 50% amount before VISA applying and 100% amount prior to 1 month of departure date.

WHAT IS ‘FREE CANCELLATION’?
Free Cancellation’ means there will be no cancellation charge if you cancelled the booking prior to 3 month of tour departure .

COULD I GET FULL REFUND, IF I CANCELLED THE BOOKING?
YES. If your cancellation made prior to 3 months of tour departure.

WHAT IS ‘ZERO RESCHEDULLING CHARGES’?
You can reschedule the same booking prior to 3 months of tour departure with no charges. Viz. Initially you book an Europe trip, departed 2022 , but later you decide you will visit there in 2023 . In that case , MY O TRIP will entertain you to FREE RESCHEDULLING.
WHAT IS ‘FLEXIBLE PACKAGE SWITCHING’ OPTION?
You can switch the same booking prior to 3 months of tour departure with no charges. Viz. Initially you book an Europe trip, but later you decide you will visit Egypt . In that case , MY O TRIP will entertain you to FREE SWITCHING.

WHEN WE WILL KNOW THE FIXED DATE OF GROUP DEPARTURE?
MY OM TRIP will inform you the fixed travel date prior to 7 month of departure.

AT PRESENT I AM NOT BELONGING ANY PASSPORT . CAN I BOOK ANY INTERNATIONAL TRIP?
As in given chart , our group departure will commencing from April 2022 , you could book now by paying initial booking amount. At the mean time you also apply for Passport.

HOW LONG TIME IT TAKE TO GET PASSPORT FROM THE TIME OF APPLICATION?
Generally it take 1 to 2 month from the date of application/submit relevant documents . ( It fully depend on Ministry of External affairs)
